The skills developed within SAT tutoring and essay drafting--critical thinking, tenacity, patience, and care--are those I aim to develop in students. Success, as a result of our work together, should be in both the tangible scores and essays but also in the sustainable skills that can then be applied to a student’s wider world. Because of the multitude of students I’ve worked with over the years, and the diverse choice of universities they have pursued, I have a deep knowledge of many colleges’ requirements. I also rely on this diverse network of past students to guide present students who may have similar goals. The power of collaboration and communication is built into all that I do.
