About
My name is Mrs. Jennifer Watson and I have been teaching English and tutoring for 20 years. Previously, I was a Teaching Assistant at Penn State for their Rhetoric and Composition course and have been an adjunct professor at DCCC and Widener. I have also developed a College Essay Workshop to support students in their college application process.

Beyond teaching, I also serve as an AP Reader for the College Board, an NCTE Rationale Review Member, and a newspaper advisor.
I have worked with students through the years to help them attain familiarity and precision on the SAT, and to help them represent themselves well in their college essays. Some of my students have even received messages back from colleges indicating how much the admissions counselors enjoyed reading the student’s essay. My goal in working with students is that they gain confidence in the path they want to pursue and develop the skills required to succeed. |
